I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. I am located on the North East Side of Indianapolis in the Nora area.

Working with Individuals

If you are burdened by anxiety, depression, or unprocessed grief, you aren't living your life to the fullest. Having a place to process your feelings and thoughts can change your perspective and can give you new ideas. I am prepared to help you process your experience from many dimensions.

Working with Couples

The more I know about the importance of connection, the more I enjoy working with couples. Being part of a couple is certainly not the only healthy way to be, but there is also a lot of evidence suggesting that being part of a stable relationship offers many of us the kind of security that allows us to explore our worlds and be our most courageous selves.

I have had extensive training in couple therapy. I am a certified Imago Relationships Therapist, an Emotionally Focused Therapy Specialist, in addition to having a basic education in Object Relations Couple Therapy.
